Meet Doctor Keller

Welcome to the online home of Keller Orthodontics. My name is Becca Keller and I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you and your family.  Let me tell you a little about myself. I have a passion for dentistry!  I come from a dental family, my father and grandfather are dentists, my mother and aunts are dental hygienists, my uncle is an orthodontist.  I’ve worked in dental offices since I was 13 years old.  I have a strong sense about how people should be treated and how I want them to experience my practice.  My parents taught me about the honor and integrity that is expected from us as health professionals, how to protect people’s privacy, and how to live up to the trust put in us.

Orthodontics is a special profession – we get to see kids sometimes from the age of 6 or 7, all the way through high school and college.  These kids are like my kids!  We see each other around the neighborhood, they go to school with my girls. I like to visit sports games, band concerts or drama productions.  Our office sponsors local teams and events, we donate baskets to walk-a-thons and silent auctions. I also enjoy when I have the opportunity to treat the adults in the community as well; whether it's a parent of a patient or someone who finds their way to us through a friend or their dentist, it's exciting to see the transformation an improved smile can make.

I feel a strong sense of community and being a part of life in and around Silicon Valley.  Being a small business owner and a female doctor, I try to be a positive influence in the lives of my patients.  I feel that giving people a beautiful, healthy, and long-lasting smile is a gift. I’m also a mother of two daughters that go to West Valley Elementary.  I am on the PTA and the Endowment Fund Board for their school.  My girls dance at Dance Academy in Cupertino, play soccer with Sunnyvale Alliance, and participate in school band and other activities.  I understand the crazy schedules we all keep and the priorities you may have around academics and extracurricular activities.

In my (very little) free time, I enjoy exercise and have been participating in sprint distance triathlons for three years.  I’m the one at the back of the pack with a smile on my face!  I also love reading and keeping up on current events.  I’m often discussing Twilight, Percy Jackson, and Harry Potter with my younger patients, or maybe the latest Malcolm Gladwell book or Daily Show episode with my more mature patients.  Of course, it could just as easily be the latest You Tube phenomenon that has us laughing. I have built a team that enjoys orthodontics as much as I do, we look forward to having you come and join the fun!
